1. Setup
You tell us what you sell, your goals, the offers and promises you stand behind, how you want to sound and the channels to cover. On a first call we connect the accounts we'll work in. Ad spend stays on your own ad accounts and cards.
2. Monday: the draft
The assistant drafts the week from your goals and last week's results, and drops anything you declined before. It can only draft: it can't send, approve or reach your accounts. Copy that mentions a price, discount, "free", guarantee or delivery date you didn't enter is flagged, and can't be marked reviewed until it's fixed.
3. Human review
A NexPoint operator edits each item, checks the copy against your store, and marks it reviewed. A plan can only be sent to you once every item is reviewed.
4. Your approval
You get an email, and a text if you turn texts on, with a private link to that week's plan. The link works only for that week and expires after 7 days. Approve or decline each item, and say why if you like. If items are still waiting after two days we send one reminder.
5. The work and the report
Only approved items are done, using NexPoint's own tools. Each one is logged with what was done. At the end of the week you get a short report: what we did, what the numbers show, including what didn't work, and what we suggest next.
